At Contentalysis, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. We offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure you can try our platform risk-free.

Free Trial

All new users can start with our Free plan, which includes 5 video analyses per month at no cost. This allows you to test our AI analysis capabilities before committing to a paid plan. No credit card is required for the Free plan.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

For first-time subscribers to our Pro or Enterprise plans, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the service within the first 7 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund.

To be eligible for the 7-day guarantee:

  • You must be a first-time subscriber to the paid plan
  • The refund request must be made within 7 days of the initial payment
  • You must provide a reason for the refund (to help us improve)

Monthly Subscriptions

After the 7-day money-back guarantee period:

  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the month
  • Your subscription will not automatically renew after cancellation

Exceptional Circumstances

We may offer refunds outside of the standard policy in the following situations:

  • Service Outages: If the service is unavailable for an extended period (more than 24 hours)
  • Technical Issues: If persistent technical problems prevent you from using the service and we cannot resolve them
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times
  • Unauthorized Charges: If charges were made without your authorization

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day money-back guarantee period
  • Used video analyses (analyses already performed cannot be refunded)
  • Account suspensions due to Terms of Service violations
  • Change of mind after the 7-day period

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  1. Email us at refunds@contentalysis.com
  2. Include your account email and reason for the refund request
  3. Provide your order/transaction ID if available

We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Confirm your cancellation

After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your current plan's features until the end of your billing period.
