Contentalysis is an AI-powered video analysis platform that helps content creators identify viral moments, generate clips, and optimize their content for social media platforms. The Service includes:

  • AI-powered video analysis and clip generation
  • Viral score prediction
  • Hashtag suggestions and optimization
  • Social media integration features

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any changes to your information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

Contentalysis offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits:

  • Free Plan: Limited video analyses per month
  • Pro Plan: Enhanced features with more analyses
  • Enterprise Plan: Full access with unlimited features

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal use
  • Upload content containing malware or harmful code

6. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the videos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Contentalysis a limited license to process, analyze, and store your content solely for providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any purpose other than delivering our services.

7. AI-Generated Content

The clips, scores, and suggestions generated by our AI are provided as tools to assist your content creation. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring any content you publish meets platform guidelines and legal requirements. AI predictions are estimates and do not guarantee viral success.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will attempt to provide notice of planned maintenance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contentalysis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Contentalysis and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Contentalysis operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
